Corporate Structure <br /> Mid-Continent Resources is a bankrupt entity. By order of the federal bankruptcy court, <br /> entered April 11, 1994, which became effective July 13, 1994, a Trustee was appointed <br /> to liquidate assets of the bankrupt estate, including the real and personal property at <br /> the Coal Basin mine site. The trustee is supervised by Creditor's Representatives. <br /> 5. Standard Industrial Classification <br /> There are no industrial activities occuring at this site; none are planned. <br /> 6. Industrial Activity <br /> None. Completion of reclamation activity is anticipated in 1999. <br /> 7. Post mining operation <br /> Bond was revoked in 1993. Consequently, bond release will not occur at this site. <br /> However reclamation activities, including completion of backfill, grading and seeding, <br /> are ongoing. Post mining opertions are under the sole control of the DMG. DMG <br /> anticipates completion of reclamation in 1999. <br />
