AcnicSpamd T eciernanon Teske On Private Property, Coat Bashi Mine <br />WORK TASKS <br />The projected waits tastes include the following (Note that tasks are described for private property arty. <br />Property lines were derived from a map provided to the Division by Wed-Continent Resources in 1998): <br />Task 1: Demolition <br />Task 2 Road Grading <br />Task 3: Low Water Crossing <br />Task 4: Surface Channels <br />Task 5: Earth Work <br />Task 6: Topsoil Application and Surface Roughening <br />Task 7: Revegetation <br />Task 8: Post Construction Sediment Control <br />TASK DESCRIPTION <br />TASK 1 DEMOLITION <br />The goal of this Task is to accomplish demolition and disposal of a concrete drainage dtch and an <br />adjacent retaining wall. disposal of steel debris. trash, tires and other miscellaneous materials. <br />A small amount of steel debris, tires, and other materials are located near the main entry gate. A small <br />amount of steel debris, other materials and trash may be encountered near the Rock Tunnel vicinity. <br />These materials, es well as any other trash or debris, will be collected and removed from the site. <br />Adjacent to Coal Creek is a Concrete Tined ditch and retaining wall. The ditch and wall extend east from <br />the vicinity of a large steel building to the Dutch Creek Diversion. There are three short concrete lateral <br />ditches that feed into the main concrete ditch. These structures will be completely removed and plaoed <br />with any other concrete rubble in the designated disposal area. <br />The demolished concrete, including rebar, will be transported to a disposal area located on top of the <br />Coal Refuse Disposal Area, approximately one hundred and fifty feet south of the concrete ditch. A hole <br />wm11 be excavated in the refuse, and the demolished concrete rubble will be placed in the hole. Upon <br />completion, the excavated refuse will be placed over the Concrete. The surface of the disposal area will <br />be reshaped to blend the disposal area with the adjoining refuse and hilt slope <br />TASK 2 ROAD GRADING <br />Sett Line Transfer Road <br />The approximately 450 feet tong Belt Line Transfer Road (located on the north side of Coal Creek) will be <br />baddilled and graded so that the original contour of the road segment is approximated. Material will be <br />excavated from the outstope of the road and placed onto the roadway in order to blend the hill slopes <br />above and below the road segment The fill wiil extend to near the crest of the existing road cut The <br />slope of the till will not be steeper than that of the slopes immediately above and below the Tilt area. The <br />fill and excavation areas will be topsoiled. roughened and revegetated, <br />1 <br />Exhibit B to Settlement Agreement <br />
