REQUESTS FOR ADMISSION
1. Admit that there were protests or requests for abatements that could have been taken
on behalf of MCR to decrease the amount of taxes assessed or interests accrued for real or
personal property taxes assessed by Pitkin County but which were not so taken on behalf of
MCR.
2. Admit that interest continued to accrue on taxes assessed by Pitkin County on real or
personal property because of MCR's failure to timely pay the taxes.
