For the latter project the Division needs to receive <br />the money by September 1, 1998. <br />23. Please state whether there are any agreements with <br />the Forest Service defining, describing or pending concerning <br />post - mining uses of disturbed areas in Coal Basin other than <br />that described in the approved Reclamation Plan. <br />Response: There are no agreements between the Division <br />and the Forest Service concerning post - mining uses of <br />disturbed areas in Coal Basin. It is the Division's <br />understanding that the Forest Service has modified its Forest <br />Management Plan since approval of the Reclamation Plan. The <br />Division understands that the current Forest Management Plan <br />describes the post mining land use of federally managed <br />properties in Coal Basin to include wildlife habitat, grazing <br />and non - motorized recreation. <br />
