P. <br /> and the Case Management Order, the Division of Minerals and <br /> Geology ( "Division" or "DMG" ) has agreed to answer the <br /> interrogatories in exchange for the Defendants' waiver of any <br /> objection they may have to the number of interrogatories, <br /> requests for production of documents and requests for admissions <br /> the Division has served on the Defendants in the Division' s <br /> initial discovery request . <br />
