Admit that Louis LaGiglia as Creditors' Trustee has <br /> disposed of personal or real property and has distributed the proceeds to creditors without <br /> first paying or resolving taxes owed on such property. <br /> Response. Deny.Ad valorem taxes on MCR real property were paid at the closing <br /> of the sale of such parcels of real property. Such taxes on personal property has, in part, <br /> been proportionately allocated and paid in connection with real property sales.
