Plaintiff and Third -party Defendant, Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin <br />County, Colorado, is a home -rule political subdivision of the State of Colorado and Plaintiff, <br />Thomas Carl Olsen, is one of its appointed officers. <br />a. Mid- Continent Resources, Inc. ( "MCR ") is a Delaware corporation doing <br />business in the State of Colorado and is both a Defendant and Third -Party Plaintiff.
