P.u <br /> VI. <br /> PRETRL-kL MOTIONS <br /> All motions for partial summary judgment shall be filed on or before thirty (30) days <br /> after completion of discovery. All other pretrial motions shall be filed no later than sixty <br /> (60) days prior to the date set for trial of this matter. <br /> VII. <br /> SETTLENI ENT <br /> The parties affirm that they have discussed settlement and will continue to do so. <br /> VIII. <br /> OTHER MATTERS <br /> Either or both parties may request that the Court view the property during or shortly <br /> before trial. Any matter requiring court intervention or supervision shall be immediately <br /> brought to the attention of the court by a motion or stipulation. <br /> TX. <br /> EFFECTIVE CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER <br /> This Case Management Order shall control the course of this action prior to entry of the Trial <br /> Management Order and may not be amended except by consent of the parties and approval of <br /> the Court or Order of the Court. The Court shall not entertain a motion to modify the Case <br /> Management Order unless counsel for the moving party has conferred or made reasonable <br /> efforts to confer with opposing counsel concerning the matter in dispute before filing the <br /> motion. In the event of ambiguity in the Case Management Order, the Court shall interpret <br /> the Order in the manner which best advances the interests of justice. <br /> This Case Management Order shall be updated as necessary. <br /> Date this day of 1998. <br /> APPROVED BY THE COURT: <br /> District Coun Judge <br /> 6 <br />
