Mid-Continent Resources Inc.;
Case Management Order
Dear Ms. Linden and Mr. Mulhall:
Enclosed please find what I propose as a final draft of our Case Management
Order. On page 3 under MCR Experts, I have included this as a disputed section and
have listed the dispute under paragraph 2.C., per Cheryl's notes. In addition, in Section V
on page 9, on the Time to Join Additional Parties and Amend Pleadings, I have changed
that to have the second sentence read: "The parties agree to allow motions for such
amendments after discovery." I have also included the words "motions for" prior to
amendments in the last sentence of that section. This addresses Cheryl's concern, which
was that we would agree in advance to allow amendments. As it now reads, we are only
agreeing that motions for such amendments can be made at that time, and thus we all
have whatever rights the rules otherwise give us to object, other than for timeliness of the
motions.
Administration County Commissioners County Attorney Finance and Use Tax
530 E.
