2. A list of such additional documents with a description sufficient to <br /> identify each to permit its separate identification and subpoena <br /> shall be served upon opposing counsel at least ninety (90) days <br /> before trial. <br /> B. MCR Identification <br /> MCR shall identify all additional persons who might be called as <br /> witnesses as well as additional documents and tangible things to be introduced at trial not <br /> previously disclosed by MCR's October 7, 1997 disclosure statement not later than <br /> June 1, 1998. <br /> In addition to the documents and tangible things described in MCR's <br /> October 7, 1997 disclosure statement, MCR may introduce: <br /> 1. Any and all documents and things relating to claims of the parties <br /> dated after the date of MCR's initial disclosures. <br /> 2. A list of such additional documents and things with a description <br /> sufficient to identify each to permit its separate identification and <br /> subpoena shall be served upon opposing counsel at least ninety <br /> (90) days before trial. <br /> C.
