( "Resources") , a wholly-owned subsidiary of <br /> defendant Mid-Continent Minerals Corporation ("Minerals") . <br /> Resources operated the mine pursuant to a permit issued in 1983 by <br /> the Mined Land Reclamation Division, later renamed the Division of <br /> Minerals and Geology ( "the Division" ) .
