> 3.0 REPORTING
Following completion of the field activities and receipt of quality-assured laboratory
results, an Environmental Site Assessment Report will be prepared that summarizes the results
from the data review, site reconnaissance and field investigation operations.
The report will also address the environmental concerns that have been identified in the
past, including discussion of those areas with documented concerns, and those with perceived
concerns. The focus of the assessment will be to (1) identify those areas where the results from
the data review and field investigation program indicate that additional investigation and/or
remediation activities are required, and (2) discuss how such potential concerns could impact the
reclamation schedule for the property, and the marketability of the property.
The general content of the report will include the following: (1) a review of the mine
history and mining activities, (2) Ian( use in the study area and surrounding areas, (3) previous
environmental data, (4) the results from the field investigation, (5) potential environmental
impacts, and (6) recommendations, if any, for further investigations and/or remedial actions.
- 7 -
