(the "Debtor" ) . <br /> The Debtor seeks confirmation of the Plan in its above- <br /> captioned Chapter 11 case, which is pending before the United <br /> States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. The <br /> Disclosure Statement is designed to provide creditors with adequate <br /> information to enable them to make a decision whether to vote for <br /> or against the Plan. <br /> Under the Bankruptcy Code, your acceptance of the Plan <br /> may not be solicited unless you receive a copy of this Disclosure <br /> Statement prior to or concurrently with such solicitation. The <br /> Disclosure Statement was approved by the Bankruptcy Court for this <br /> purpose on February 7, 1994. In approving the Disclosure <br /> Statement, the Bankruptcy Court did not evaluate the merits of the <br /> Plan itself, nor did the Court conduct a detailed investigation <br /> into the contents of the Disclosure Statement. Therefore, the <br /> Court Is approval of the Disclosure Statement is not, and should not <br /> be construed as, an endorsement of the Plan. <br /> The Bankruptcy Court will hold a hearing on confirmation <br /> of the Plan commencing at 1:30 p.m. , on April 11, 1994, in <br /> Courtroom F, the United States Bankruptcy Court, 721 19th Street, <br /> Denver, Colorado 80202, before United States Bankruptcy Judge <br /> Patricia A.
