Case No. 92 11658 PAC <br /> T.I.N. 36-1475193 (Chapter 11) <br /> Debtor. <br /> DEBTOR'S FiRGMCOND AMENDED PLAN OF LIQUIDATION <br /> Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. , debtor in possession, <br /> submits the followingsSecQiid Amended Plan of Liquidation dated <br /> S. 1994C." <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> The following terms, when used in this Plan, unless the <br /> context otherwise requires, shall have the following meanings: <br /> 1. 1 Administrative Expense means any cost or expense of <br /> administration of the Debtor's Chapter 11 case allowed under <br /> Section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, including without <br /> limitation, all expenses of operating the business of the Debtor, <br /> all allowances of compensation for services rendered and <br /> reimbursement of expenses to the extent allowed by the Bankruptcy <br /> Court under Section 330 of the Bankruptcy Code, and any fees or <br /> charges assessed against the Debtor's estate under Chapter 1123, <br /> Title 28, United States Code. <br /> 1.2 Allowed Claim means any Claim against the Debtor, <br /> proof of which was filed within any applicable period of limitation <br /> fixed by the Court, or any Claim that appears in the schedules of <br /> liabilities filed by the Debtor in its Chapter 11 case and that is <br /> not scheduled by the Debtor as disputed, contingent, or <br /> unliquidated and, in either instance, a Claim as to which no <br /> objection has been filed within any applicable period of Limitation <br /> or, if such objection has been filed, as to which there has been <br /> entered a Final Order allowing such Claim. <br /> Code. 1.3 Bankruptcy Code shall mean Title 11, United States <br />
