MAR i REn rr UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE C� DISTRICT OF COLORADO / In re: ) MID-CONTINENT RESOURCES INC. ) � ) Case No. 92 11658 PAC T.I.N. 36-1475193 ) Chapter 11, MC No. H&J-14 Debtor. j NOTICE PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 202 OF MOTION TO AMEND PRIOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY, OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY FREE AND CLEAR OF INTERESTS OF ENTITIES OTHER THAN THE ESTATE (THE MID-CONTINENT RIGHT-OF-WAY) TO PARTIES IN INTEREST: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Debtor has applied to this Court for authorization to sell an approximate 5.17 acre parcel located in Garfield County, Colorado, known as the "Mid-Continent Right-of-Way, " for the sum of $15,000, free and clear of any interest in such property of entities other the estate with the exception of real estate taxes. - A copy of the Motion is attached hereto. The sale previously was approved by the Court in October 1993, but the Debtor's motion included an erroneous property description. The new motion seeks authorization to sell the Mid-Continent Right-of-Way using the correct legal description. Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, if you desire to oppose this action you must file a written objection and request for a hearing with the Court on or before April 4, 1994, and serve a copy thereof on the undersigned attorney at the address noted below. Objections and requests for hearing shall clearly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including the citation of supporting legal authority, if any. General objections or requests for hearing will not be considered by the Court. In the absence of a timely and substantiated request for hearing by an interested party, the Court may approve or grant the aforementioned application without any further notice to creditors or other interested parties.
