Box 241303
20 Colorado Blvd. , #100N
Denver, CO 80224
Dear Andy and Jeff:
Enclosed is the June, 1995 report for the Creditor's Trust.
Please note that the report shows a negative amount available
for distribution. This is a result of expenses incurred and not yet
paid. The $385, 000 distribution was made to DMG on 6/26/95.
As suspected the bids received by the DMG for this years
reclamation work were extremely high. In some cases four to six
time higher than the bids MCR had obtained last year. I have
written Mike Long about this and included an analysis of the bid
packages prepared by Mike Savage of Savage and Savage and Greg
Lewicki . (Letters enclosed)
Also enclosed is a separate letter regarding the firs--
exchange/sale of coal basin property.
If you have any questions about this report, please contact
me.
Very truly yours,
Louis M. LaGiglia
Trustee
cc : Jim Holden
Mike Long
