Health relating to water quality, including any fines or penalties <br /> for violation of any applicable statute, regulation, or rule <br /> pertaining to environmental reclamation or interim maintenance. <br /> Class 6 specifically excludes all Class 5 claims. <br /> 2.7 Class 7 -- General Unsecured Claims Not Exceeding <br /> $200 . Class 7 shall consist of each general unsecured claim which <br /> does not exceed $200 in amount, and each general unsecured claim <br /> exceeding $200 which is voluntarily reduced by the claim holder to <br /> the sum of $200, excluding Class 10, 11, and 12 claims. <br /> 2.8 Class 8 -- General Unsecured Claims Exceeding $200 <br /> But Not Exceeding $10, 000. Class 8 shall consist of each general <br /> unsecured claim which does not exceed $10, 000 in amount, excluding <br /> Class 7 claims, and each general unsecured claim exceeding $10, 000 <br /> which is voluntarily reduced by the claim holder to the sum of <br /> $10, 000, excluding Class 10, 11 and 12 claims. <br /> 2. 9 Class 9 -- General Unsecured Claims Exceeding <br /> $10, 000. Class 9 shall consist of each Allowed Claim which is not <br /> otherwise classified under the Plan. Class 9 specifically excludes <br /> any claim of Sanwa, the Class 5 reclamation claims, and the Class <br /> 6 environmental claims. Class 9 specifically includes all claims <br /> which are secured by consensual liens, judgment liens, mechanics ' <br /> liens, or other liens whose priority under state law is junior to <br /> Sanwa. <br /> 2 . 10 Class 10 -- Pitkin Iron Corporation. Class 10 shall <br /> consist of all Allowed Claims of Pitkin Iron Corporation arising <br /> before the filing of the Case, whether direct or arising under <br /> principles of subrogation. <br /> 2 . 11 Class 11 -- Former Shareholders. Class 11 shall <br /> consist of the Allowed Claims arising from the sale to the Debtor <br /> of the Debtor's common stock by former shareholders, including (i) <br /> Beverly Dyrness; (ii) Carl Strauss; and (iii) Joseph E. Harker, <br /> Ralph A. Harker, Jeanette Howcroft, Paul P. Harker, Virginia A. <br /> Woods, and Ralph A. Harker, Joseph E. Harker, and Idaho First <br /> National Bank, Boise, Idaho, as Trustees of the Virginia P. Harker <br /> Grandchildren Trust. <br /> 2. 12 Class 12 -- Mid-Continent Minerals and Related <br /> Persons. Class 12 shall consist of the Allowed Claims, whether <br /> direct or arising under principles of subrogation, of (i) Minerals; <br /> (ii) shareholders of Minerals, including Robert Delaney, John A. <br /> Reeves, Sr. , Donald J. Joyce, Sr. , Thomas E. Gibbs, and Leonard M. <br /> Ring; and (iii) subsidiaries and affiliates of Minerals, including <br /> Carbondale Mine Services. <br /> 2. 13 Class 13 -- Interests. Class 13 shall consist of <br /> the interest of Minerals as the 100% shareholder of the Debtor. <br /> 6 <br />
