According to the Notice, a Treasurer' s Deed will <br /> be issued on the 17th day of October, 1995 unless redeemed. <br /> This property was recently appraised for $945, 200. <br /> The cost of redemption during the month of July, 1995 is <br /> $220, 678. 99 . <br />
