So far, MSHA has neither approved nor rejected the plan. It differs from the <br /> plan approved in the MLRD permit in several respects.' <br /> 1. Sealing the tunnel. <br /> The present plan approved in the reclamation permit calls for installing large <br /> plugs underground al various points in the tunnel with the intention of <br /> preventing future mine drainage. <br /> The plan filed with MSHA calls for constructing a wall of cement blocks across <br /> the entrance and installing a drain in the base.
