Having consulted with Resources management
and Steve Seifert, the following is Resources ' first request:
Dredging of ponds : $18, 830 ( see enclosed memorandum of
Diane Delaney entitled "Pond Cleaning Costs" ) .
Repair of equipment needed for reclamation use in the
Spring: $31 , 224 (see enclosed memorandum of Diane
Delaney entitled "Equipment Repairs" ) .
Portal sealing work in the Spring: $50, 000 ( see my
letter of October 5 addressed to Cheryl Toma, Steve
Seifert, and Frank Johnson, which estimated the cost of
portal sealing at $150, 000; the above request would
permit work to begin but would not complete the entire
project) .
Legal fees, Debtor's bankruptcy counsel: nothing at
this time (my firm holds a retainer with a present
balance of $14 , 686.
