themselves, are not attached to Plaintiffs' Complaint, and
therefore deny the allegations of paragraph 6.
7. Admit that Resources has failed to make a payment
on June 1, 1986 ; deny that the total amounts due under the notes
are apparently due and owing as said payments have been made
previously on said notes; specifically allege that the remaining
amounts due are far less than the face amount and require that
Plaintiff be held to strict proof of the amounts due and owing
on same. All other allegations of paragraph 7 are denied.
