4.45 Class 8. Each Allowed Claim in Class 8 (general <br />unsecured claims exceeding $200 but not exceeding $10,000) shall be <br />paid by the Debtor cash equal to five percent of the Allowed Claim, <br />on the Effective Date. <br />4.56 Class 9 . Each Allowed Claim in Class: 9. (general <br />unsecured claims exceeding $10,000) Providcd that thc Plan is <br />shall be <br />paid by the Creditors' Trust in accordance with Section 6.2 of the <br />Plan. This treatment is subject to satisfaction of the condition <br />set forth in Section 7.3 of the Plan. <br />4.6/ Class 10. The Class 10 claims (Pitkin Iron <br />Corporation) shall be voluntarily subordinated to Class 9 claims <br />and shall receive or retain nothing under the Plan. This treatment <br />shall not apply.' to any Allowed ' :Claim of Pitkin Iron ..entitled to <br />administrative priority .. pursuant to Section 503 of the Code. <br />4.78 Class 11.
