The Class 5 claims <br />pertaining to the .Mine . Site are secured by a senior consensual lien <br />on the 1ockdust Plant. The Class 5 claims pertaining to the the <br />Mid - Continent Quarry are secured by a senior lien on the Carbondale <br />Industrial Park, limited in amount to $7,000. The Class 5 claims <br />pertaining to the. Marblehead Quarry are secured by two certificates <br />of deposit, in the approximate amount of $4,500. <br />2.6 Class 6 -- Environmental Claimants. Class 6 shall <br />consist of all claims of govcrnmcntal unite for eEnvironmental <br />ltemediation of thc type described in Scction 6.4.1 of thc Plan. <br />Class 6 specifically shall includes claims of the Colorado <br />Department of Health relating to water quality, including any fines <br />or penalties for violation of any . applicable statute, regulation, <br />or rule pertaining to environmental reclamation or interim <br />maintenance.and specifically chall cxclucdClass 6 .specifically <br />excludes allthe Class 5 claims of thc HLRB. <br />2.7 Class 7 -- General Unsecured Claims Not Exceeding <br />$200. Class 7 shall consist of each general unsecured claim which <br />does not exceed $200 in amount, and each general unsecured claim <br />exceeding $200 which is voluntarily reduced by the claim holder to <br />the sum of $200 :: excluding ._ Class . 10, 11, and 12 claims. <br />2.8 Class 8 -- General Unsecured Claims Exceeding $200 <br />But Not Exceeding $10,000. Class 8 shall consist of each general <br />unsecured claim which does not exceed $10,000 in amount, excluding <br />Class 7 claims, and each general unsecured claim exceeding $10,000 <br />which is voluntarily reduced by the claim holder to the sum of <br />$10,000, excluding Class 10, 11 and 12 claims. <br />2.9 Class 9 -- General Unsecured Claims Exceeding <br />$10,000.
