1.4 Carbondale Industrial Park shall mean the parcel
referred * to on the Debtor's Schedule A as the "Carbondale
Industrial Park. "
1.5 Case shall mean the Debtor's above-captioned Chapter
11 case.

defined in -Section 101 (4 ) of the Bankruptcy Code.
