The <br />Division finds the 2012 First Quarter Refuse Pile and First Quarter Pond Inspection Reports in <br />compliance of the following Rules: <br />4.05.9(14) — All impoundments are inspected regularly by a qualified registered professional engineer <br />with an inspection report received by the Division on April 19, 2012. <br />4.05.9(15) — The certified inspection report included all discussions required by 4.05.9(15). <br />4.09.1(11) — The fill was inspected for stability by a registered engineer or other qualified professional <br />under the direction of a qualified professional enginner quartlery.
