<br /> DISCHARGE AND RELEASES
<br /> 7.1 :pischarug of Debtor. - upon the Effective Date, the
<br /> Debtor shall be discharged from all -debts except as otherwise
<br /> provided in the Plan.
<br /> 7 .2 Release a!f _ Sanwa. In consideration of the
<br /> distributions -to the .Reclamation Trust and the Environmental Trust

<br /> 7 .13 Consensual Release -- Class 9. Acceptance of the
<br /> Plan by a holder of-a -Class 9 (general unsecured) claim shall, upon
<br /> the Effective Date, represent a release of all claims, if any,
<br /> against Minerals, Minerals' corporate affiliates and subsidiaries,
<br /> Sanwa, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and
<br /> employees, arising out of such holder's claims against the Debtor.
<br /> Such release shall only become effective upon the execution of a
<br /> corresponding release of all claims, if any, of Minerals, Minerals '
<br /> corporate affiliates, and Sanwa against such Class 9 holder and its
<br /> officers, directors, agents, and employees, arising eat=in
