environmental compliance, and assumes no responsibility
for any actions or omissions of Resources in connection
with Resources' use of cash collateral.
e. The use of cash collateral as requested in the
Third Motion does not prejudice Sanwa's rights or
priorities to the remaining assets of Resources.
WHEREFORE, Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. requests
authorization pursuant to 11 U.S.C. S 363(c) (2) to use cash
collateral in the amounts and for the purposes set forth above.
