('the Debtor"), a debtor <br /> in possession, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002(1), moves the <br /> Court for an order permitting the Debtor to limit certain notices <br /> in this case. As grounds for this application, the Debtor states <br /> the followings <br /> I. The Debtor's bankruptcy schedules list <br /> approximately 240 creditors. The sailing list in the case, <br /> including attorneys and others who are entitled to notice, stands <br /> at 255 persons and is growing daily as requests for notice are <br /> tiled. <br /> 2. Bankruptcy Rule 2002(1) permits the Court to limit <br /> notices of uses, sales, or leases of property, settlements of <br /> controversies, and applications for compensation or reimbursement <br /> of expenses to be limited to the U.S. Trustee, a creditors' <br /> committee, and to creditors and equity security holders who serve <br /> on the debtor in possession a request for notice. <br /> 3. The Debtor believes that limiting notice in the <br /> manner contemplated by Rule 2002(1) will simplify administration <br /> of the case and will result in lower costs of administration. <br /> 4. An informal creditors' co was formed prior <br /> to the Debtor's Chapter 11 filingCto <br /> melt nq to form an <br /> official committee is scheduled f 23.
