B. Contractor's Insurance. <br />1. General Insurance Requirements. Contractor shall <br />purchase and maintain from the date of commencement of the Work to <br />the date of last Work performed on Jobsites such insurance as will <br />protect Contractor and Mid- Continent from the claims set forth <br />below which may arise out of or result from Contractor's operations <br />under this Contract whether such operations be by itself or by any <br />Subcontractor or by any of the parties directly or indirectly <br />employed by any of them, or by anyone for whose acts any of them <br />may be liable: <br />a. Claims under workers' compensation, disability <br />benefit and other similar employee benefit acts which are <br />applicable to the work to be performed by Contractor. <br />b. Claims for damages because of bodily injury, <br />occupational sickness or disease, or death of Contractor's <br />employees under any applicable employer's liability law. <br />c. Claims for damages because of bodily injury, or <br />death of any person other than Contractor's employees. <br />d. Claims for damages insured by usual personal <br />injury liability coverage which are sustained (1) by any person as <br />a result of an offense directly or indirectly related to the <br />employment of such person by Contractor, or (2) by any other <br />person. <br />e. Claims for damages because of injury to or <br />destruction of tangible property, including loss of use therefrom. <br />f. Claims for damages because of bodily injury or <br />death of any persons or property damage arising out of the <br />ownership, maintenance or use of any motor vehicle. <br />2. Inclusions in Insurance. The Contractor's <br />comprehensive general liability insurance shall include premises- - <br />operations, sub - contractors, completed operations, all including <br />broad form property damage coverage, and shall name Mid- Continent <br />as an insured. <br />3. Insurance Limits. The Contractor's comprehensive <br />general and automobile liability insurance, as herein required, <br />shall be written for not less than limits of liability as follows: <br />08/13/92(12) <br />a. Comprehensive General Liability <br />(1) Personal Injury $1,000,000.00 Aggregate <br />(Completed Operations) <br />(2) Property Damage $ 500,000.00 Aggregate <br />b. Comprehensive Automobile Liability <br />(1) Bodily Injury $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence <br />(2) Property Damage $ 500,000.00 Each Occurrence <br />- 10 - <br />
