Toma's casep "you" <br /> being Neal Wolf) regarding the need to negotiate a division of <br /> sale proceeds from the liquidation of Resouroes' mine and related <br /> assets. With respect to reclamation of the mine, I proposed to <br /> augment the collateral hold by the Mined Land Reclamation Hoard <br /> Frith additional assets associated with the rookdust plant. _ <br /> then observed the followings ' <br /> At the present time, there are no funds available for <br /> reclamation activities. Reclamation activity needs to <br /> begin after the onowmelt in the Spring of 103. The <br /> rockdust plant may not have been sold by then. We need <br /> to stt up an expedited program td sell the rockdust <br /> plant and related assets as a going concern. Xn the <br /> short term, we may need some ability to use other <br /> liquidation proceeds for reclamation purposes. <br /> Since writing that letter a speoific need to use other <br /> liquidation proceeds for a reclamation-related purpose has in <br /> fact arioen. The Mine Safety and Health Administration has <br /> directed Resources to seal, approximately 47 mine portals.
