Land Ownership and Executive Committee Membership
In response to the adequacy review from April 17, 2012, Western Fuels - Colorado has made the
following adjustments to Section 2.03 and Map 2.03.4 -1.
Rule 2.03.4(3) Ownership and Control
1. Douglas Pryce retired from the Tri-State Board of Directors on 01/27/12.
2. Harry Goff left the Tri -State Board of Directors on 05/19/10.
3. Rick Newman started on the Board of Directors on 01/27/10.
Rule 2.03.4(6)(a) Legal or Equitable Owners of Record of Surface Coal to be Mined
1. The ownership of the former SMPA parcel has been changed to match the Montrose
County records.
2. SMPA has been added to the surface land ownership under #5. The ownership of the
former SMPA parcel south of 5 Road has been confirmed to be 4/7 LLC.
3. The former Benson -South parcel is now labeled as #16, to match the ownership. Benson
(land owner) has been returned to #41
4. All WFC parcels are marked as #12. #42 has been removed from Section 2.03.
