This letter constitutes written notification as required by Rule <br />2.02.2(3). <br />NOI X- 2012- 231 -03 is incomplete at this time. According to information provided, <br />you are waiting for the following information: <br />Determination of the Proposed Activities as Coal Exploration (Rule 2.02.3(3)) <br />The activities described in the NOI qualify as "coal exploration" as defined by Rule <br />1.04(22).
