EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description — Lemoine Gravel Pit <br />The total permitted area is part of the E1 /2 of Section 20, T14S, R92W, 6 P.M. , Delta County, <br />Colorado as follows: <br />Beginning at a point whence the center 'A corner of said section 20 (an existing bar and 1 '/2 inch <br />diameter cap by P.L.1456) bears N 49'52' 47" W, 756.12 feet, considering the line between the <br />southwest corner of said Section 20 (a No. 6 rebar and 2 inch diameter metal cap by P.L.S. <br />14621 as a witness corner) and the south 'A corner of said Section 20 (an existing bar and 1 '/z <br />inch diameter cap by P.L.S. 1456) to bear N 88' 56' 39" E, and all other bearings to be relative <br />thereto: Thence N 2619' 10" E to the intersection with the northeast boundary of Parcel A <br />(Lemoine's) more fully described in Book 428 Page 66 and Book 451 Page 694 as recorded with <br />the Clerk and Recorder of Delta County, Thence southeasterly along the northeast boundary of <br />said Parcel A until that northeast boundary intersects the North boundary of CDOT Highway 133 <br />R.O.W., thence southwesterly along that boundary common with Parcel A until it intersects the <br />east boundary of Parcel B (Lemoine's) more fully described in Book 428 Page 66, thence <br />southwesterly about 160 feet along the common Parcel B — Highway 133 R.O.W. boundary, <br />thence N 63'40' 50" W about 480 feet, thence S 2619' 10" W about 140 feet , thence N 63'40' <br />50" W about 500 feet, thence N 2619' 10" E to the point of beginning.
