Legal Description — Lemoine Gravel Pit
The total permitted area is part of the E1 /2 of Section 20, T14S, R92W, 6 P.M. , Delta County,
Colorado as follows:
Beginning at a point whence the center 'A corner of said section 20 (an existing bar and 1 '/2 inch
diameter cap by P.L.1456) bears N 49'52' 47" W, 756.12 feet, considering the line between the
southwest corner of said Section 20 (a No. 6 rebar and 2 inch diameter metal cap by P.L.S.
14621 as a witness corner) and the south 'A corner of said Section 20 (an existing bar and 1 '/z
inch diameter cap by P.L.S. 1456) to bear N 88' 56' 39" E, and all other bearings to be relative
thereto: Thence N 2619' 10" E to the intersection with the northeast boundary of Parcel A
(Lemoine's) more fully described in Book 428 Page 66 and Book 451 Page 694 as recorded with
the Clerk and Recorder of Delta County, Thence southeasterly along the northeast boundary of
said Parcel A until that northeast boundary intersects the North boundary of CDOT Highway 133
R.O.W., thence southwesterly along that boundary common with Parcel A until it intersects the
east boundary of Parcel B (Lemoine's) more fully described in Book 428 Page 66, thence
southwesterly about 160 feet along the common Parcel B — Highway 133 R.O.W. boundary,
thence N 63'40' 50" W about 480 feet, thence S 2619' 10" W about 140 feet , thence N 63'40'
50" W about 500 feet, thence N 2619' 10" E to the point of beginning. All described land
laying within property owned by Lemoine containing 33.27 acres more or less.

The north 2.21 acres is owned by Kenneth J. and Danielle N. Gruber. The south 1.47 acres is
owned by Carol F. Lacey.
