6 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />8. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and redistributed for the re- establishment of <br />vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />No topsoil will be disturbed during prospecting operations. All work will be conducted from <br />the existing road surface and bank. <br />9. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />All drill holes are expected to be dry holes. Drill holes will be closed by an expandable <br />plug near the 1st intersection of bed rock and by capping the casing that penetrates <br />unconsoliaatea material in the road bank. <br />10. Describe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for <br />specific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />All trash will be removed from the site. All equipment and support items will be removed <br />from the site. Any brush removed from the roadway will be dispersed in adjacent areas. <br />Drill cuttings will be spread over the road surface at a maximum depth of one -half inches. <br />11. Describe how roads will be reclaimed or returned to their pre - prospecting (or better) condition: <br />maintained during the project and left equal or better than current condition. Road gradient <br />and surface disturbed for the drill site and mud pit and trenches will be reclaimed to <br />pre- existing conditions. <br />
