This report covers the time period from January 1, 2012 to March 31, <br />2012. The inspections were performed on February 28, 2012 by Field Inspector Chris Miller. <br />On the date of inspection all structures were functioning as designed. <br />The Impoundment Location Map details the location of each impoundment inspected <br />(Attachment A). Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports document water level, sediment level, <br />outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection (Attachment B).
