2012 Repair Item No. <br />Location <br />Work Description <br />1 <br />Moffat Pond Fence <br />The fence at the Moffat Pond has been damaged near <br />the southwest comer. Posts have been bent and the <br />wires are lying on the ground. <br />2 <br />Contour Ditches <br />Near the north end of the site (approximately a quarter <br />mile from the boundary), the second ditch from the top <br />contained a blowout that is causing a large rill, <br />approximately one foot deep and four feet wide. <br />Another blowout was observed in the next contour <br />ditch down the hill. Later in the inspection, a blowout <br />was observed near one of the riprap lined channels. <br />2012 Maintenance List <br />The First Quarter 2012 Inspection was performed on February 28, 2012. All structures were <br />functioning as designed. <br />Per CDRMS Coal Inspection Reports dated December 20, 2011 and March 19, 2012 there are <br />two maintenance items in need of review. Review of these items will be performed when the site <br />is fully accessible, currently scheduled for the Second Quarter 2012. <br />There is currently no required maintenance at the Edna Mine. <br />
