Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have <br />not been submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of April 25, <br />2012. <br />Please note the following items which need to be addressed: <br />The Right of Entry agreements provided for exploration holes CCU031, CCU058, CCU067, and <br />CCU 087 owned by Wilton, Earle & Sons expired December 31, 2009.
