Pineda <br />Director <br />On April 4, 2012, we issued our Proposed Decision to Approve Western Fuels - Colorado's application for <br />Technical Revision No. 62. The public comment period applicable to the Proposed Decision began on April <br />12, 2012 when our notice was published in the San Miguel Basin Forum. The comment period ended at 5:00 <br />p.m. on April 23, 2012.
