Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and
collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc...
Please see attached document Section 3.1.3
12. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes,
diameter, depth, location, etc... Submit additional pages if necessary:
A. Drill Pads: Quantity 11.00 Average Width 40.00 (ft) Average Length 40.0 (ft)
B. Drill Holes: Quantity 50.00 Depth 1,000.00 (ft) Diameter 5.25 (in)
C. An area at the entrance
measuring 100 ft. by 100 ft. will be needed as temporary storage for materials and
equipment used for workings access. No surface waste rock or dumps are planned.
Pl ease see the atlauiled ducurrienl, Secliun 3.1.3.
F. Other Disturbances (please describe):
No new disturbance is planned. All most all surface activity will occur on existing access
roads. No improvements to roads are planned, only simple maintenance and the
installation of water bars where needed to control storm water runoff.
G. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site. List type, quantity and method to store.
The typical chemicals needed for an exploration drill operation and drill hole closeout. The only fuel will be
what is contained in the vehicle or generator fuel tanks and several five gallon fuels cans of gasoline and /or
the drill core holes.
