The weather was windy and cool. No snow was on the ground, and it was <br />slightly muddy. <br />The fence near the gate at the loadout is open, and a two -track trail leads to the property to the north. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />The Best Management Practices for sediment control (silt fence and wattles) from the reclaimed pond area are <br />functional. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The loadout was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />To reclaim the pond at the loadout, a portion of the reclamation was disturbed for vehicle access. This area has <br />been graded, topsoiled, and mulched; it has presumably been seeded.
