in Exhibit 15 and the drill holes are shown on Map 133. All of the
drill holes within the permit area have been permanently sealed.
Drill holes outside the permit area will remain under the
jurisdiction of the Lillylands, Inc. coal exploration permit,
notice of intent no. X-88-203-00.
(h) A copy of the applicants air quality permit is
contained in Exhibit 11. A copy of the Applicants discharge permit
is contained in Exhibit 13,
