orders of this Court, and the report of the said Referee Ben Griffit4, together with the returns of service of nmtices, affidavits, lists, indices and findings, being found in due form, and the Court now here having in open Court heard all parties and their attorneys so far as they desired to be heard respectively touching the several matters herein it is by the Court in consideration of all the premises, hereby ordered and adjudged and decreed that the several findings of the said referee as reuorted to and filed in this Court, be in all tiU ngs a proved and cm dfirmed, and that they be taken, deemed and held in all respects as the findings of the Court in this matter. And it further appearing to the Court that heretofore and on to-wit, the llth day of June A. D. 1897 by a decreta.l order entered at that time entitled "In t:e matter of the adjudication of the Priorities of 'dater Rights in ';later District No. 6011, there vas an adjudication of the _rioriti s of crater rights in 'eater District Yo. 60 far irrigation purposes, and that certain priorities and ad- judications were therein awarded to certain ditches, canals and res- ervoirs as in said decree set forth, and it further appearing that the said adjudication was the first adjudication of the priorities of eater rights held in sah District, and that the adjudications herein awarded should be designated and distinguished from the ad- judications entered in said first decree; ;T019, THYLEIORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECPc by the Court that all of the adjuciaations in this matter be designated as "Series of 1911." This decree shall be taken, decreed and hald as intending to determine and establish the several priorities of right by appro- priation of water from the streams of said Water District No. 60, for irrigation ty the several ditches, canals and reservoirs an said Dis- trict concerning which testimony ha s been offered in this matter according to the construction, enlargement or extention thereof with the azyount of water held to have been appropriated thereby.
