Special Monitoring <br /> Pursuant to CRS 1973, 25-8-304, the permittee shall submit selected <br /> monitoring data. <br /> Three Time Analysis <br /> In order to develop a sufficient data base for proper evaluation <br /> of the water quality impact of the discharge(s), the permittee <br /> shall monitor the following parameters at the specified discharge <br /> point on a weekly basis for three sets of data. A report of "No <br /> Discharge" shall not be counted as one of the three sets. All <br /> sets of data shall be submitted at one time.
