Permit Term Information <br /> See Tabs 12 and 19 for information pertaining to permit term, <br /> lands affected by mining and the beginning and ending date for <br /> each phase of the operation. <br /> The permit area was modified, per request of CMLRD, to put the <br /> permit boundaries of Sediment Ponds 001 and 006 and the <br /> explosives storage site contiguous with the mining area (see <br /> Exhibit 13-2) . This resulted in the addition of 31.2 acres to <br /> the permit area. Total acres within the current permit area is <br /> 426.6. <br /> Permit Revision No. 2 to Permit C-81-008 requests expansion of <br /> the Nucla Mine into the Nucla East mining area. Total acreage <br /> within the Nucla East mining area is 219.9 acres as fully <br /> described in Attachment 3-13. Upon approval of Permit Revision <br /> No. 2, total acreage covered by Permit C-81-008 will be 646.5 <br /> acres. <br /> 3-22 Revised 08/19/88 <br />
