From the reopening of Nucla Mine through the permit term,
Peabody Coal Company will employ 3 management and 8 union
personnel at the Nucla Mine. It is not anticipated that
additional employees will be needed over the length of this
mine plan. Therefore, there will be no additional impact to
the Nucla community or surrounding area by additional mining
people moving into the area.
