Tab 8 - Climatological Information.
- Replace existing Tab 8 in its entirety with new Tab 8.
- Old Attachments 8-1, 8-2, and 8-3 have been put into Tab 24, Air Quality
Control Plan. This necessitated revising the Introduction (Page 8-1 ) to
reference Tab 24.
Tab 9 - Soils.
- Replace existing Pages i-v.
- Delete existing Attachment 9-3 in its entirety. This information is now
included in Tab 21, Minesoil Reconstruction.
- Add new Attachment 9-5, Soil Baseline for Nucla East.
- Delete existing Exhibit 9-3, Topsoil Balance Plan. This is relabeled
Exhibit 21-1 and put in Tab 21.
- Add new Exhibit 9-3, Soil Types and Topsoil Salvage Depths - Nucla East
Study Area (photo base).
- Add new Exhibit 9-6, Soil Types, Sample Locations, and Topsoil Salvage
Depths, Nucla East Study Area.
Tab 10 - Veqetation.
- Add cover page.
- Replace existing Table of Contents with new Table of Contents.
- Replace existing Page 10-1 (General Introduction) with revised Page 10-1.
New Tab - Addendum 10-1
- The existing Vegetation Baseline Study is now Addendum 10-1 (with
Appendices A-D). Add new cover page for Addendum 10-1.
New Tab - Addendum 10-2
- Existing Addendum 10-1 (which is the baseline for Mining Areas 2 and 3) is
changed to Addendum 10-2. Replace existing cover page with new cover page.
New Tab - Addendum 10-3
- Add new Addendum 10-3 (Nucla East Baseline Vegetation Studies). This
includes new Appendices 10-1 through 10-4.
- Insert new Exhibit 10-2 at the end.
Tab 11 - Fish and Wildlife Resources.
- New title page, Table of Contents (p. 11-i), and General Introduction (pp.
11-1 through 11-2).
- Add new Addendum 11-1 Tab in which will be the existinc Nucla Wildlife
Baseline Study from Mariah. As explained in the Mariah Table of Contents,
Addendum 11-1 contains Appendices A and B (Exhibits 11-1 and 11-2 and
original data, respectively).
