Response to Preliminary Adequacy Review
Dear Mr. O'Connor:
Attached please find two copies of Responses to Comments
as detailed in your Preliminary Adequacy Review dated
February 3, 1987. Also included are two copies of revised
pages to Permit Revision No. 1. Each copy is divided by
tab for ease in replacing pages.
This cover letter, Responses to Comments, the new Permit
Application Form, and the revised Permit Revision
Application Form should be inserted in the transmittal
letter Tab, Vol . I . Because Tab 6, Geologic Information
(Vol . II) , has been revised extensively in the past, a
completely repaginated Tab 6 is included which replaces
the existing Tab 6 in total . The new revised Tab 6
includes the main text and Appendices 6-1 through 6-4.
The information in existing Addendum 6-1 has been
incorporated elsewhere, so that the Tab for Addendum 6-1
is eliminated. All other insertions or changes are
self-explanatory.
In addition, please find three copies of revised pages to
the 1986 Annual Hydrology Report which respond to
questions presented by Mr. Doerfer in his memo to you of
January 28, 1987 and forwarded to PCC as a part of the
Preliminary Adequacy Review for PR No. 1. As I understand
it, the Division has two copies of the AHR and will
forward the remaining set of revisions to the Albuquerque
Office of OSMRE.
