Please update Section 2.03 to include <br />him or provide an end date (mm /dd /yyyy) for his departure from the board. <br />2. Please provide an end date (mm /dd /yyyy) for Harry Goff's departure from the board. <br />3. Please revise Section 2.03 to include a start date (mm /dd /yyyy) for Rick Newman as a Director of Tri- State. <br />Once I get this information I can update AVS accordingly. Attached is a PDF copy of revised Section <br />2.03, for your review. Also attached is the cover letter, explaining what has been changed with MR -83. <br />The application was deemed Complete on April 11, 2012.
