Box 1750 <br />Canon City, CO 81215 <br />Re: Schwartzwalder Mine, Permit No. M- 1977 -300 <br />Approval of Technical Revision 19 (TR -19) <br />Dear Mr. Whicker: <br />On April 9, 2012 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved TR -19. The application for TR- <br />19 was submitted to the Division on March 9, 2012, addressing new monitoring wells in the permit area. <br />The terms of TR -19 that were approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -1977- <br />300. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M -1977 -300 remain in full force and effect. <br />Prior to the approval of TR -19, the total reclamation liability for the Schwartzwalder Mine was <br />$2,843,671.63. The current amount of bond on deposit is $2,843,671.63. The additional reclamation <br />liability associated with the work approved in TR -19 is $687,326.62 (see attached estimate). If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $687,326.32.
