Our initial review <br /> indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br /> Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. , have been submitted; thus <br /> your technical revision application has beenTeemed complete for the purposes <br /> of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br /> the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br /> filing. <br /> A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential <br /> information, must be filed for public inspection with the La Plata County <br /> Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also <br /> be made in this copy. <br /> The proposed newspaper advertisement,attached, should be published as <br /> specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the exception that the <br /> publication need only be run once, and reference to the informal conference <br /> specified in Rule 2.07 .3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof of the publication of <br /> the advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon as available after <br /> the publication date. <br /> The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br /> determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br /> meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to <br /> the Division 's findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br /> application.
